		<description>Almost forgot. I only wanted that freaking lawn mower to build up my credit.  First two times I purcahse my items, went smoothly.  Thought it was kinda of odd, the first time i did my application, no documentation, or driver liscense was required.  I was in and out in less then 20 minuts with a digital camera plus  some extras.  The 2nd time I went, they asked for extra info, which I didnt mind.  They had trouble with my application because the phone I use was under my sisters name. But the sales lady was extremely nice and i was finally approved and got my mp3 player.  This was going to be my 3rd time to purchae and item.  I honestly thought i would just walk in, pay my 20% down like I did before and walk out, happy. The sales guy that was helping me was extremely nice.  He was sorry that they were asking for all that info and didnt understand why.  Anyways i thanked him paid off my account and left</description>

		<description>I hate Conn&#039;s because they wanted me to pay 50% down on a lawn mower for 179.99 plus a 3 year warranty for 89.99, plus tax and finance charge. That would have been almost a 150.00 down to pay up front for a freaking lawn mower, so I closed out my account and went to Walmart and bought me a brand new one for 131.26 with free 3 warranty.  Why I really really hate them. My account is current, never been late, in fact I am a month ahead on my payments.  They never told me before I sat down to get the freaking lawn mower that there was a change on the policy.  Your basically re-applying, regardless if you have an open account an excellent credit history with them. So i wasted 45 minutes of my time and walked out pissed off. 		<description>I used to work with Conn&#039;s. I&#039;m really sorry to read about the problems that you have with a salesperson. Let me explain, Conn&#039;s owns 2 credit companies, one its call CCC (Conn&#039;s Credit Corporation) that work with people that has credit score 560 and above and the second one its OFC (Oportunity Financial Company) that work with 560 credit score and below.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;With CCC they will ask you for 16% at the most.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;With OFC they need 3 papers to fax &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;1. Phone Proof &lt;br&gt;     - They need a phone to contact you in case you dont make the payments&lt;br&gt;     - They need a landline or a cellphone( it has to be a contract, NO PREPAID)&lt;br&gt;     - It&#039;s has to have NAME, ADDRESS and DATE (Within 30 days)&lt;br&gt;     - If you use a cellphone, they may need 1 or 2 yrs proof of residence depending on your credit&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;2. Resindence Proof&lt;br&gt;     - Any bill that is mailed to you monthly, that has your NAME, ADDRESS and DATE (WIthin 30 days)&lt;br&gt;     - If you have a land line and it&#039;s under you name they can used for PHONE and RESIDENCE PROOF&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;3.
