1. What’s the scariest movie you’ve ever seen?
Probably Saw. Only because it was one of the very few movies that I watched then immediately said aloud (to myself) that I would never watch it again. And no, I haven’t seen the sequel, or plan on seeing the third one either.
2. What is your favorite Halloween costume from childhood?
Nothing in particular stands out, but I always liked the costumes with the plastic face masks. I really just liked sticking my tongue out that little rectangular slit over the mouth, and for some reason I liked the smell.
3. What would your fantasy costume be for this Halloween?
Al, from Fullmetal Alchemist. I’m going to attempt to make my roommate’s 12 year old son into Ed which should be easy (Tin foil and a red raincoat). I wanted to be Al but I don’t have a 7ft full set of medieval armor laying around anywhere.
4. When was the last time you went trick or treating?
I dunno, I was 12? I think after that you’re just a teenage punk stealing candy from children.
5. What’s your favorite Halloween candy?
Nerds, or Sweet Tarts.
6. Tell us about a scary nightmare you had.
I once had a dream that I crawled through a hole in my waterbed and ended up in some weird spirit world where a demon was chasing me. I had to make it back to the hole to escape and was helped by an “angelic” like spirit. I’m sure there’s all kinds of symbolism in there, but dream analysis is not my strong point.
7. What is your supernatural fear?
Ghosts. Evil or good, I don’t care. I can’t even stand to hear ghost stories.. I get the chills constantly and get panicky. I’ve literally had to leave the room when people start telling them.
8. What is your creepy-crawlie fear?
Cockroaches crawling in my ears. ‘Nuff said.
9. Tell us about a time when you saw a ghost, or heard something go bump in the night.
This is probably where my great fear of ghosts came from. As a teenager, my friends decided it would be “really cool” to go and meditate in a graveyard after midnight. As I was meditating, I started experiencing a “vision” of a little boy who was lost and looking for help, when all four of us suddenly got really scared and felt the need to leave immediately. We didn’t speak about it until we got almost halfway home and it turned out that the vision I had was also experienced by my friend as well.
10. Would you stay in a real haunted house overnight?
HELL NO. Clear enough?
11. Do you carve jack o’ lanterns?
I haven’t in many many years. I bet I could make some really cool ones.
12. How much do you decorate your home for Halloween?
Not much. Christmas is my holiday of choice.. I go nuts with the decorating.
13. What do you want on your tombstone?
“What the hell, I was supposed to be CREMATED!”

–I bought a stuffed Alphonse at a comic book convention not too long ago–he’s holding the little yellow kitty and everything! (I know, can you see me at a comic book convention???)
He’s one of those dolls with the suction cup on a string at his head, so I’ve hung him on the hooks where we keep our mail keys–he keeps them safe.
The FMA movie is probably going to be sitting in my mailbox today from Blockbuster–CAN’T WAIT!!!
