Kutcher Lied; Punk’d Returns
Kutcher to pull more pranks for `Punk’d’
Watch your back, Demi.
Turns out Ashton Kutcher’s not done with Punk’d, after all.
MTV said Thursday that Kutcher will return as host of eight new episodes of the prank-filled series, which will begin airing April 25 as part of the network’s “Sunday Stew” lineup.
The other Sunday Stew shows are Viva La Bam, Pimp My Ride and Wildboyz.
An MTV spokesman, asked what it took to entice Kutcher to the show, said, “We don’t discuss those kinds of issues.”
Kutcher said late last year that he was done with the series, which shows pranks being pulled on celebrities.
Punk’d was one of MTV’s most-watched shows among 12- to 34-year-olds in 2003. The show is especially popular among male teens.
