    Zeta-Jones Joins “Oceans 12″

    Zeta-Jones in ‘Ocean’s Twelve’

LOS ANGELES, California (AP) — Catherine Zeta-Jones has joined Julia Roberts in the cast of “Ocean’s Twelve.”

“Now I have two of the most beautiful women in the world in this picture,” producer Jerry Weintraub told The Associated Press late Tuesday.

Roberts starred in 2001’s “Ocean’s Eleven” with George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon and Andy Garcia, directed by Steven Soderbergh and produced by Weintraub. That film was a remake of the Frank Sinatra movie.

Weintraub said adding Zeta-Jones to the sequel’s cast is a dream come true. Zeta-Jones won an Oscar for her role in 2002’s “Chicago.”

“I think this is my crowning achievement. I’ve been wanting to work with her and we had this wonderful role for a woman and it’s hard to find someone of that stature, an Oscar winner,” he said.

Shooting is scheduled to begin April 12. Clooney, Pitt, Damon and Garcia also are returning for the sequel, the producer said.

They have been filming in Lake Forest for the past 2-3 days. Clooney is opening a bank account at a bank. This shot was filmed inside Lake Forest Bank & Trust. Also, they are filming on Deerpath Avenue, Clooney is walking down the street with flowers in his hand and enters a store. Trailers, Crew, Security, and Fans are everywhere!

They are shooting today, April 16th at our recording studios in Chicago. I presume there is a scene with Garcia in a Music recording studio. It's a very large music room and they totally redecorated the studio with new accoustic paneling among other things.. It looks great. They'll be here for a couple of days. Their trucks and equipment have taken over an entire Michigan Ave. area block plus all the parking lots in the general area. One would think the film is epic in budget. Amazing!
