Good At Being Gone
Ahh.. An Eleven Day (counting weekends) Vacation couldn’t be more soothing. Unfortunately, it’s over and things have to return to the somewhat state of normalicy in my life.
I missed the blog, but it was good to take a break. I’m back in 2004, and ready to go another year making sure that you all get the latest in entertainment news and to guarantee that you waste at least a good ten minutes of company time doing so. 
I spent a good chunk of my vacation working on my new house. I have about 80% of the painting work done and I am now moving on to stripping, sanding and staining my pantry. So far so good though. It’s starting to look like my house now. Still doesn’t feel that way, but that’s because my stuff isn’t in there.
Stirring up all that dust, cobwebs, and mold left in the house stirred up my allergies something fierce though. I spent the first couple days on my ass drifting in and out from all the cold medicine I was eating, watching the SNL marathon on Comedy Central. Fun stuff.
Christmas came and went, as did the New Year. Nothing really special happened. In fact it seemed to myself and everyone else that most just wanted the year to end.
I purchased a USB Bluetooth adapter for my cell phone so I don’t have to pay $2 a pop to email my digital pictures to myself. I cleaned up some of the better pics and uploaded them to the server, so you should see a new batch of photos in rotation, as well as the return of the San Antonio pics from earlier last year.
