1. What’s the worst thing about Mondays?
Facing the world.

2. Do you believe in soul mates? Have you met yours yet?
I doubt it. There’s been SEVERAL that came damn close. I’m beginning to think it’s a farfetched idea altogether.

3. What do you recall wanting to “be” when you were a child, dreams of what you’d do when you were an adult for work - who you’d live with… where you’d live… how many kids you’d have. How does the dreams you once had compare to your reality, same, much different? You have surpassed those dreams?
Hmm.. Well my perspectives changed about every two years, so I’ll just pick a certain age and go from there. At age five I wanted to be an astronaut. But every kid did. Age eight, I really like Legos, so I wanted to be a building designer. Around age 13 my idea of a perfect future would have been me married with my first kid on the way, working for some huge video game company that I loved (possibly id Software) making like $40k a year. I never knew i’d end up a graphic designer, and a good one at that.

4. What do you think of education in your town/city? In your country? How would you improve it?
I moved around a lot growing up, but the majority of my education was spent in Spring ISD or Magnolia ISD. Spring was a good school district with quite a few good teachers, but way too many kids per classroom. Magnolia was.. (sigh).. disappointing. About 1 out of 10 of the teachers was actualy worth a damn, and the curriculum was a joke. That was almost 10 years ago though, and I think any improvements I could make have already been done.

5. If you had to pick three songs to sum up your life what would they be and why?
“No Rain” by Blind Melon describes my happy-go-lucky view of the world. It rips my life away but it’s a great escape…

“My Stupid Mouth” by John Mayer pretty accuratly describes how I act towards women. I have problems talking to women, and when I finally do say something, it’s usually the wrong thing.

“Theme From Shaft” by Isaac Hayes. Cuz I’m a bad mother–Shut your mouth!

6. Do you believe in love at first sight? Can it really happen?
Yes. No.. Yes. Yes. I mean no. Definitely no. Alright yes. Dammit.

7. What’s your greatest fear?
Dying alone. And don’t give me that “everyone dies alone” bullcrap. You know what I mean.
